Return Policy
Depending on the product, we may offer a 30-day, 60-day, or 365-day Money-Back Guarantee, as stated on the respective product page. If no guarantee period is stated on the product page, the default guarantee period is 30 days.
By purchasing any of our products, you agree to the terms below, which explain what our money-back guarantee includes, how it works, and what conditions apply.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within the guarantee period shown on your product page.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it — sealed, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in the same packaging it arrived in (including the outer mail packaging).
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@wellora.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including but not limited to:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized products (including engraved or special-order items)

Health, hygiene, and personal-care products (such as creams, serums, supplements, skincare, or anything that comes into direct contact with the body)

These products are sensitive in nature and must be stored under specific conditions to ensure safety and efficacy. Once an item leaves our facility, we can no longer verify its storage environment or guarantee that it has remained sealed, uncontaminated, or uncompromised. For that reason, all beauty, health, and personal-care items are final sale and non-returnable, even if unused.)

Electronic or electric devices and gadgets
(We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any electronic or electric devices, whether used or unused. This includes any product that contains electrical components, batteries, or internal circuits. Once shipped, these products cannot be resold or re-certified, as even brief handling can cause internal damage, tampering, or compromise electrical safety standards. To ensure customer safety and product integrity, all electronic products are final sale and non-returnable.)

Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in its original, unopened, sealed condition and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
