Shipping policy

We require 1–3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping to South Africa takes approximately 12–24 business days on average.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control such as weather, carrier delays, or logistical disruptions.


If more than 50 days have passed since your order and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at info@wellora.co.za so we can assist you.


If you purchased shipping protection or selected a faster or express shipping option, please note that these services reduce handling time under normal conditions but cannot guarantee delivery dates, as transit speed ultimately depends on the carrier.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control and not eligible for refunds.


It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. This includes the correct address, postal code, phone number, and any delivery details required by the local courier.

If an order is placed with incorrect or incomplete details, our team will make a reasonable effort to contact you via email to correct the issue.

However, if no response is received within 5 business days of our attempt to contact you, or if the address provided prevents successful delivery, Wellora cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the accuracy of your shipping information.


Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, Wellora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, or for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
